We strive to make our villages places where sustainable livelihood with good education and growth opportunities becomes reality. Our villages become places where every child gets good education, each mother is aware of the healthy practices to raise a family, sanitation is no longer a problem, community brainstorms on its issues, and works collectively to solve its problem through sustained involvement and awareness.

Udbodh runs a fellowship programme where young, committed and talented individuals live in a village for minimum one year, teach an elementary class, and get acquainted with the range of issues the people face and reform the villages and hone their own leadership skills in the process.

We are also collaborating with local authorities, panchayats and other relevant bodies to raise awareness about different government schemes and push for better education and sanitation.
